1. Parties and platform role
MOVEQEEL is operated by National Progress LLC in Sohar, Oman. Depending on the confirmed booking, National Progress LLC may act as the direct service provider, logistics agent, marketplace operator or coordinator. The quote and booking confirmation must identify the responsible provider.
2. Eligibility and authority
Users must be at least 18, provide accurate information and have authority to bind the organization they register. Accounts and credentials may not be shared. Vendor, driver and administrator privileges require approval and may be suspended for safety, fraud, legal or compliance risk.
3. Vendor, driver and vehicle verification
Vendors must maintain required commercial activities, vehicle registration, insurance, inspections, Vehicle Operating Cards, driver eligibility, equipment certificates and activity-specific permits. MOVEQEEL does not permit a standalone operational driver profile: a driver must be verified against the employing or sponsoring vendor and one of that organization's registered vehicles, or verified as an owner-operator with their own business and vehicle. MOVEQEEL verification does not replace Royal Oman Police, MTCIT, Naql, Ministry of Labour, Environment Authority, customs, port, municipality or other regulator approval.
4. Booking and quotation
A request is not a confirmed job until the selected provider accepts and MOVEQEEL issues confirmation. Users must provide accurate load, weight, dimensions, route, access, timing, hazardous-material and lifting information. A material change may require a new quote, vehicle, route or permit.
5. Prices, fees and payment
Quotes must show service price, customer platform fee, taxes, government charges and optional services where applicable. Vendor commission and payout terms are shown to the provider. Live card authorization, refunds, escrow-like holding and payouts begin only after a regulated payment provider and approved merchant configuration are connected.
6. Safety and lawful use
No user may request or perform an overloaded, unsafe, unlicensed, sanctioned, illegal or environmentally improper operation. The driver or operator retains the duty to stop unsafe work. Emergency services must be contacted directly; the MOVEQEEL incident tool is not an emergency service.
7. GPS, evidence and communications
Assigned drivers may share location during an active job only when the approved driver, organization, vehicle and booking assignment match. Status events, messages, photos, signatures, engine-hour readings, permits and POD may form the operational record. Users must not submit misleading evidence or record people unlawfully.
8. Cancellation, delay and failure
The booking confirmation defines cancellation windows and charges. Weather, road closures, permit refusal, incorrect load data, site inaccessibility, equipment failure, driver no-show, customs hold and force majeure may change the schedule or price. MOVEQEEL may rematch the job, hold settlement, request evidence or open a dispute.
9. Damage, claims and insurance
Loss or damage must be reported promptly with available evidence. Responsibility depends on the confirmed provider, contract, custody, negligence, insurance and applicable law. Settlement may be held while a claim is reviewed.
10. Acceptable use
Users must not scrape listings, bypass fees, manipulate GPS, impersonate another person, submit false permits, upload malware, harass participants or use personal data outside the job purpose.
11. Suspension and termination
National Progress LLC may restrict an account or asset to protect users, comply with law, investigate an incident or address unpaid amounts. Users may close an account subject to outstanding bookings, claims and legally required retention.
12. Governing terms
The final production agreement will specify governing law, courts or agreed dispute process, liability limits, insurance allocation, taxes and any mandatory consumer rights for each operating country. Oman terms should be reviewed under Omani law before public launch; country addenda are required for GCC expansion.
