Identity and account security
- Passwordless sign-in uses the verified ChatGPT identity supplied by the hosting platform.
- MOVEQEEL does not collect or store a separate account password.
- Every real account is locked to one approved dashboard; role preview links use isolated demonstration data.
- Server-side authorization checks account role and status for protected APIs.
- Vendor and driver privilege requests remain locked until administrator review.
- Administrators cannot suspend or remove their own administrator access through the ordinary account control.
Data and document protection
- Structured records are stored in the managed operations database.
- Uploaded compliance documents are stored separately from searchable metadata.
- File type and size are validated before storage.
- Booking ownership and assignment are checked before document, conversation or tracking access.
- Internal error details are not returned to users.
Operational controls
- Driver registration requires an active vendor's company and vehicle, or an owner-operator company and vehicle submitted together.
- Before assignment or GPS publishing, the driver, organization, registered vehicle and active booking must match one verified relationship.
- Customers, assigned vendors, assigned drivers and administrators receive only job-relevant access.
- Role changes, bookings, documents, incidents, messages, bids and workflow changes create audit events.
- High-risk states—including accidents, route blocks, cargo damage and payment failure—enter an exception workflow.
Production controls still required
Before public launch, National Progress LLC must complete independent penetration testing, dependency and configuration review, backup and restoration testing, breach-response exercises, production monitoring, staff access review, vendor due diligence and a country-specific data protection impact assessment for GPS and financial processing.
